It is ok to change who you are

You do not have to wait until tomorrow.

You do not need permission from someone else.

Do not feel embarrassed.

Do not feel guilt or shame.

It’s never too late.

To be whoever, whatever you choose to be.

If you’re in public and find yourself walking too fast, slow down, mid stride. Who cares if it looks silly. Your world, your pace.
